At 11 Fingers Store, each product is crafted with care. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our refund and return policy applies:
Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized, personalized, or sale items cannot be returned.
Damaged / Wrong Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund Process: Once the return is approved, refunds are initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
